To succeed:
You will need to possess a very analytical approach to problem solving and development, be able to communicate effectively with other development staff, support staff as well as the end-users.

Requirements:

	3+ years development experience.
	.NET environment using C# and ASP.NET.
	Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008.
	Experience using Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting services.

Desirable:

	Additional experience in other programming languages like VB6/JavaScript.
	Experience in a Financial or Manufacturing software development team.
	Demonstrable experience with analysis and gathering user requirements.
	Prior experience with enterprise scale applications.
	Web services.

The salary will be negotiable, depending upon skills and experience.
