M1 Document Management provides a cost effective method of controlling external documents related to quotes, parts, jobs and purchase orders. An unlimited number of documents can be linked to these records.

Drawings, video clips, graphics, spreadsheets, word processor and many more file formats can be linked and viewed from within various screens of M1.

Documents can be linked to the part header, assembly and operations for all parts, quotes, jobs and purchase orders.

Formats
Supports the viewing of any document with a native application viewer. Documents created by many popular thrid-party applications including CAD, bitmap graphics, text, video, spreadsheets, word processors, etc.
