The Position
Application Specialist. Full Time.
We are looking for a recent Business/Accounting graduate to join our highly skilled application support team supporting M1 by B&G™, our ERP solution for the small to medium manufacturer.

This role involves:
    Provision of product and technical phone support.
    Conducting on-site and in-house training on all aspects of the software.
    Manage implementations of new customers and the on-going needs of customers.
    Provide additional services including program and report customizations.

You will be committed to quality customer service, have excellent computer and communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Prerequisites
This position requires a Business or Accounting degree.
Manufacturing industry experience would be very useful.
A working knowledge of Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 and XP.
Experience with Crystal Reports, VBScript and SQL will be viewed favorably.
